The staff helped us with luggage. The rooms with a lovely bathroom and shower plus bath tub. Hotel's free shuttle was a nice bonus too.

breakfast was lovely, perfect views, perfect location not far from the airport as well as a great park, where kids can run and watch ducks. inviting room, luxurious, cordial staff.

During our stay here, we were impressed by the great service, which included room service, car hire, and a belldesk for our luggage. This place also had a lot of amenities, like a sauna, steam room, and a Turkish bath. Furthermore, we enjoyed the free shuttle service from here, making our trip easier. The location of this venue, near the airport, was extremely convenient and made our travels much easier. Additionally, being set on the Flemish side of Belgium gave this hotel a luxurious and comfortable feel that we really appreciated.

Great Christmas stay! Liked the convenient shuttle transport to and from the airport - saved us from the hassle of finding a taxi. Also, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Best aspects: clean and comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast buffet to start the day. the hotel's location near the airport was a key factor for us, as we had an early morning flight. One more advantage was the efficient reservation service for taxis, which we used to explore the city.

Disliked the tricky computerized mini bar. the sign was unclear, and we were charged for items we didn't consume.

I had a great experience at the Superb Hotel during my recent stay. The open foyer with a glass ceiling and modern decor gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the large double bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having a bath with a separate shower cubicle, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The amenities in the room, such as the mini fridge, air con, large TV, and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a full English breakfast and a variety of other options available. The hotel also had a shuttle bus, which was convenient for transportation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Crowne Plaza. The twin double beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and even an iron and board. The bathroom was immaculate, stocked with fluffy towels and a variety of soaps. The view of the lakes and landscaped garden from the rear rooms was truly breathtaking. The fantastic foyer and lounge area were an added bonus. The glass lifts added a touch of elegance to the hotel's ambiance. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including my favorite cooked breakfast with mushrooms and fried tomatoes. The friendly staff made our dining experience enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza and I can't wait to return.
